President: Gordon Just

Coach: Bert Outen

Team Leaders:

Captain: Lindsay Dowling

The slow progression achieved over the previous seasons was reversed in the 1959 season when the Club could only win two matches. Gordon Just took on the Presidency, and the coaching role was taken over by Bert Outen who was a former Footscray and Williamstown player. As a back pocket player with Williamstown, he gained selection in the VFA state team. Lindsay Dowling continued as captain. Derek Phillips, who was teaching at Trinity Grammar School, took on the role of team manager. Bruce Wardrop became Secretary of the Club taking over from his father.
